INTRODUCTION
At the end of the Workplace Communications course, participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills to communicate organisational policies and procedures, identify and use the appropriate communication channel, identify analyse gaps in the communication and its barriers, encourage effective communication and evaluate the effectiveness of the communication channels to improve communication for overall good experience.
