INTRODUCTION
Bread is made by baking a flour, water, salt, yeast, and other ingredients mixture. The basic technique requires combining the ingredients until it mould into a stiff paste or dough, after which baking the dough into a loaf.
PROGRAMME DURATION: Full time; 2 days; 16 hours
MODE OF DELIVERY: Classroom Learning - consisting of lectures, tutorials and hands- on practical experience
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be 18 years or above
No Formal Qualification Needed
ATTENDANCE CRITERIA: Student must achieve at least 75% in attendance
AVERAGE TEACHER TO STUDENT RATIO: 1 : 20
