INTRODUCTION
At the end of Workplace Communication course, participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills to identify, analyse gaps in the communication and its barriers, develop a communication plan to apply effective communication strategies and techniques and evaluate proposed improvements for implementation to improve communication for overall good experience.
In the programme, they will foster attributes to become more innovative, creative, collaborative and highly adaptive team leader.

MODE OF DELIVERY
SYNCHRONOUS E - LEARNING: 18 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consisting of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, e-learning activities, group discussions and assessments/tests

Written Assessments and Case Studies.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Basic requirement is Minimum “O” Level and be able to read, listen, speak and write English as a proficiency level of the Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ LV6) workplace Literacy
- Basic requirement is to be at Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ LV4) level of Workplace Numeracy
- Minimum service industrial experience for at least 3-5 years or have prior experience in leading and managing people
- Participants who are Sole Proprietors having their own businesses
