INTRODUCTION
The Service Leadership, WSQ Customer Experience TSC framework supports the retail and service Industry businesses. The competency units have been designed for participants to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes to champion and role model the organisations service vision,mission and values required by persons working under deliver service to customers. This model gives the information needed to design the information for training & development plans for executive to demonstrate the organisation’s service vision, and recognize the role that one plays in contributing to the service vision
PROGAMME DURATION
Training : 14 Hours, Assessment : 2 Hours, Total: 16 Hours
MODE OF DELIVERY
SYNCHRONOUS E - LEARNING: 11 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consist of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and self assessments/tests, either conducted in-house or on-site (corporate trainings)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
AWARD CRITERIA
Students must successfully pass both the written assessment and Role Play to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
