INTRODUCTION
Perform Product Demonstration is a programme under the retail framework designed to help learners apply methods to present and demonstrate a product. It is meant to help operational and all front line staff to use appropriate verbal and non-verbal communications to perform a demonstration.

16 Hours – Assessment hours: 1 h 30 mins, Training hours: 14 h 30 min
MODE OF DELIVERY
SYNCHRONOUS E - LEARNING: 16H Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consist of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and self assessments/tests, either conducted in-house or on-site (corporate trainings)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
AWARD CRITERIA
Students must successfully pass all Written Assessment (WA) and Role Play (RP) to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) / Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG)
