INTRODUCTION
Handle Retail After Sales Service is a programme under the retail framework designed to cover skills and knowledge required in a Retail setup and its sub-sectors. It is meant to help operational and all front line staff to establish customer service requirements, process customer’s requests and deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
This course aims to develop appropriate questioning techniques and active listening skills. Upon completion, participants will have the knowledge and skills to handle retail after sales service in the various sub-sectors. This module is essential to gear retailers especially with the introduction of the new Lemon Law.
PROGAMME DURATION
16 hours – Assessment hours: 45 minutes, Training hours: 15 h 15 min
MODE OF DELIVERY
SYNCHRONOUS E - LEARNING:15 H and 15 min Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consist of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and self assessments/tests, either conducted in-house or on-site (corporate trainings)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
AWARD CRITERIA
Students must successfully pass all Written Assessment (WA) and Role Play (RP) to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) / Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG)
